| Pernacca Sudhakaran worked for the United Nations in the Photos and Exhibits Section of the Department of Public Information. In 1991 he was assigned to the United Nations Special Commission (UNSCOM) which was created by the Security Council to eliminate all weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. He has photographed the nuclear and chemical weapons production sites in Iraq. In 1992 he was assigned to the United Nations Transitional Authority in Cambodia (UNTAC) as the photographer for the entire mission. In 1994 he covered the United Nations monitored elections in Mozambique. He has held exhibits at United Nations headquarters in New York and at the National Centre for Performing Arts in Mumbai, India. |
